Description
This 2020 Pinot from South Mountain was done in 30% Carbonic Masceration, where the grapes were fermented whole cluster in a sealed container pumped with carbon dioxide with only native yeast. The other 60% was fermented in traditional open vat and finished in neutral oak. The result is a deep and complex Pinot that is at once earthy, herbal and fruity.
