Description
The grapes for this Cabernet come from a vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles, next to some of the most prestigious vineyards. These grapes weren’t picked until November, late for the Central Coast, which gave them loads of hang time, and so increasing their complexity. We chose to age the wine in neutral oak to let the beautiful fruit shine without oak interference. A gorgeous wine.
